We recently purchased an old condo with the expectation of renovating it before moving in. We worked with TB Homes Inc. and our experience has been excellent throughout. Due to issues associated with our closing, we had to complete the job faster than we originally expected, and the more aggressive deadline was met with no problem. Ty was in constant communication throughout to keep us informed of the progress and let us know any time he needed or input. For instance, the stain we had chosen ended up not looking great on our floor. Ty called us as soon as he got aware of it and proposed a few alternatives. We benefited from his guidance to make a decision, and we are very happy with the result. Overall, a really high-quality output in a short period of time by a great team!

We recently had new floors installed in the kitchen and a hallway of our condominium unit by Ty and his crew, and we could not be happier with their work! First of all Ty did a wonderful job at walking us through the different floor options to help us figure out what would work best in our space, and he and his team gave us a very clear and realistic timeline and budget for our project.
His crew did an amazing job setting up to make sure the work space was neat and didn’t interfere with other spaces in our home. His team installed our new floors while my husband and I were out of the country, and normally you’d think you want to be around to see the work getting done and not be away worrying about what is going on back home. Well they did such a good job at communicating with us (when it was absolutely needed) and giving us updates, that my husband and I were able to completely disconnect with the comfort of knowing that when we got back home the job would be done and it would be done well. In conclusion, if you are doing a project around your home and you need a contractor that is responsible, responsive, intuitive, pays attention to details, is a great communicator and has impeccable taste, Ty is the person you want leading your project!

We set out on a journey to find our forever home and we were so happy we chose TB Homes, Inc. to join us along for the ride.  We had a vision and TB Homes brought it to reality.  When it came to home renovation, 3 things were important to us: time, quality and communication.  We gave TB Homes a move-in date and they stayed committed to our date.  This was important to us as we were moving from out of state and had limited flexibility for temporary housing.  At commencement, we did not know where to start, but TB Homes rescued us with a comprehensive breakdown of what we needed and suggestions (giving us the autonomy to choose as we please).  Finally, what we appreciated most is their communication.  Not only we spoke frequently, they were immediately available if we had any questions, concerns or additional suggestions.  They also provided progress photos throughout the construction which gave us comfort during the process.  Ty and his team are very professional, hard working and solution-oriented.  They not only play a role as contractors, but also as consultants and have impeccable design aesthetic.  We look forward to partnering with them on additional home projects in the future.

TB Homes is the most efficient and professional home renovation company I've worked with. My kitchen floors were cracked and needed to be replaced along with some updates to my wash room. Everything from demo to completion took a week. A rarity in this Boston market where contractors often start and start on projects, leaving customers in the lurch for weeks, if not months. Craftmanship was not compromised either! Everything was done with care and pride, and I love looking at my new ceramic floors! Another plus is the constant communication from the owner in regards to project progress which is helpful. I would definitely recommend TB Homes for all your renovation needs!

TB Homes just completed a home remodeling project for me which included demo of walls and ceilings, framing, insulation, sheetrock and plaster, plus finish carpentry, painting and electrical work.  Ty and his team are very easy to work with, professional and hard working.  They showed up every day on time and stayed daily throughout the project until its' completion.  They communicate well and were responsive to any unexpected items that arose along the way.  I'm very happy with the finished product and would absolutely hire them again!
